Social Responsability

Cooperfrigu’s cooperative which has a social responsibility with Tocantins state, participates in the assistance of childcare centers and provides support to the Agape Program, which aims to help needy children by providing services in education, health, leisure and housing.

The cooperative is also concerned about welfare and development of its employees through a program of constant training, which aims to train the employees seeking their best performance and at the same time valuing them, since Cooperfrigu believes that the market needs highly skilled professionals and that their qualification can and should begin in the cooperative itself.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSABILITY

Cooperfrigu, a cooperative environmentally correct counts on a team of Environmental Engineering, which controls all activities of the cooperative, invests in setting up projects that ensure the maintenance and improvement of the environment, such as the treatment of liquid.

The cooperative realizes an internal work of employee awareness creating domestic programs such as: minimizing the consumption of water, reducing energy consumption and selection of recyclable material, in addition to promoting internal talks in an effort to show the importance of preserving the environment.
